You can return items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase . If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Orders from our store ship worldwide. An additional charge per shipment is applied to customers outside of the USA. Any duties, taxes or fees are also the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA. Most international packages will arrive within 8-13 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 40 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment delivery date.
